Philosophy & Vision
“Intervulnerability” as termed by Miriam Greenspan (psychotherapist), is the idea that on a conscious or unconscious level we all suffer pain together. In mutuality we can come to understand the pain, and in doing so, can lead to freedom.
One of the barriers to self-care is allowing yourself to go into the depths of your experiences. Often, we are challenged to explore and understand this profound chasm, to touch what is held there, to hear its messages, and to connect with compassion to the raw emotions that have been lying dormant for years or just surfaced.
By peering into the abyss, we can gain deeper understanding of ourselves and insight into the meaning of our lives, transforming and opening up possibilities the future could hold for us.
Together, in the present moment, we can explore these unknowns and respond to the call to return to inner wisdom. Recognising the importance of initiating steps to care for yourself and address life’s challenges is the first step. While these grounds may seem unfamiliar, with the support of a therapist, this journey can become enriching and illuminating. In companionship, we can share and navigate the unfolding mysteries of yourself on your healing path.
